What is the area like? Both Ship Bottom and neighboring Brant Beach offer a quiet family atmosphere. Is the Villa right on the ocean? Yes. Our Villa is located merely feet from the beach. Please refer to our photos of the amazing beach view from our own front door. Is there easy access to the beach? Yes, there is a dune walk just steps away from our driveway. How old are these beach Villas? Most of the beach houses in Ship Bottom were built in the late sixties, but have been completely updated and modernized with brand new appliances, windows, and cabinets. Our Villa is continually maintained to ensure a clean and functional living environment. We have been to beach houses in the past that were kept in poor condition. How would you rate your house? Our houses are kept in excellent condition. Each Unit is professionally cleaned at the end of each week. Do you have Air Conditioning? Yes, there is central air conditioning in each unit. Do you provide a blender and icemaker? Yes, a blender and icemaker are just two of the many appliances that are offered in each of our units. Please refer to our Amenities page for more details. What size are your beds? Each unit features a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and two additional bedrooms, each with a full size bed. Including the pull-out couch, each unit can comfortably sleep 8-10. Do you allow pets? No, we do not allow pets at the Villa. Is there a good view from the house? Yes, there are excellent views from both upper and lower units. When is the best time to make our reservations? Each and every year, the prime weeks are being booked earlier and earlier. We recommend securing reservations for In-Season weeks at least 6 months in advance, though even then there are no guarantees on availability. What should we bring? Please bring all linens, towels, soaps and paper goods. Please refer to our Amenities page for more information. Do you rent for weekends? We occasionally rent weekends in the off season. Please call us for availability. How early can we check in? Check out time is 10 am. The unit can be ready for our next guest in about 2-3 hours. We generally have new guests checked in by 12 - 1 pm. Are there outside decks? Yes, each unit has an outside deck with gas grills for barbequing.
